Description

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Install another language in Android system languages. Make sure English is the first (preferred) language.
2. Install the latest Bitwarden app from play store.
3. After visiting a few sites on Chrome that use Bitwarden, eventually the app will switch to the other android language in its own. Forcing Bitwarden to English instead of system language will temporarily fix the issue but it will return after a short time.

### Expected Result

Bitwarden should respect the Android system language priority.

### Actual Result

Bitwarden uses lower priority system language, even when forced to use English.
