Testing unique process (highlander) job in cluster

I doubt I'll get an answer but who knows :)

I'm just trying to test a background job within a cluster but the job never starts within the cluster.

At best it starts in the `primary@127.0.0.1` node which is not really what I want.

No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by reproducing a background job in the clustered ExUnit setup and trace why it runs on primary@127.0.0.1 instead of another cluster node. Done means the job reliably starts within the intended cluster context and the behavior is covered by a test.
