Temporarily disable XBTS deposit/withdrawal and send users to xbts.io

The deposit and withdrawal function of XBTSX assets in bitshares-ui is far behind the same function in the main XBTS website https://xbts.io, and is somewhat incompatible or misleading.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Temporarily
1. disable the deposit and withdrawal function of XBTSX assets in bitshares-ui, and
2. send users who want to deposit and withdraw to the main XBTS site https://xbts.io ,

until https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-ui/issues/3400 or an alternative is implemented.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

Ask XBTS to update related code in bitshares-ui.
