Description
**Describe the bug**
The "Send" page shows "Unknown error" when memo is not empty.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Send'
2. Input memo
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
Able to send with memo.
