Exchange window

**Describe the bug**
The exchange window is not showing any charts, this started about a week ago.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to bitshares platform or the rudex
2. Click on exchange tab
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error window does not show any information

**Expected behavior**
exchange charts should be visble.

Start by reproducing the missing charts from the exchange tab on BitShares or Rudex, then trace the logged MarketsActions.subscribeMarket and getMarketStats errors. Check how the exchange view handles the missing quoteAsset and grouped-orders response. Done means exchange charts display market information without the reported errors.
