Problem with deposit CloudCoins

Hi today i make a deposit of 4749 Cloudcoins a pass my mail cloudcoinenthusiast@protonmail,com and pass my bitshares username xxxxhhhh the website where I upload my coins in stack file says transfer failed and coins are lost how that can happen I want my coins back or refund them to my account.
