Portfolio does not show an asset with some amount in vesting balances but not in balance

**Describe the bug**

Portfolio does not show an asset with some amount in vesting balances but not in balance.

For example, on testnet, account `test-wit1` has some `CONTEST.TST` asset in vesting balances, but it doesn't show in the Dashboard.

Start with the Dashboard portfolio view and compare its displayed assets with the vesting balances view for account test-wit1 on testnet. Trace how assets are selected for the Dashboard, then verify that an asset present only in vesting balances appears there as well. Done means the reported CONTEST.TST case is shown in the Dashboard.
