Send Dialog - can't add contacts

**Describe the bug**
Cant add account to favorites in sending dialog

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Burger menu -> Send
2. Type in a new address
3. try to add address with star
4. star can't add new address

**Expected behavior**
enable adding new user

- OS: MX-Linux
- Browser: Firefox or reference wallet
- Version: 191120
