Move vesting balance table to dashboard.

Now we have "in orders", "in vesting balances" and "in collateral" columns in portfolio, it would be more convenient for users if the vesting balances table is moved to the dashboard.

Start at the portfolio and dashboard UI entry points and locate the existing vesting balances table alongside the current portfolio columns. Trace how the table is rendered and determine what dashboard location should contain it; done means users can view the vesting balances table on the dashboard instead of in the portfolio.
