Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go Hamburger menu
2. Click onSpotlight
3. Scroll down to Prediction Market
4. Hover over Hide Unknown Houses tooltip
5. See the last sentence in the tooltip
'please contact the BitShares community'

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise direction for a better user experience, minimized support issues, phishing and nefarious intent aversion.
