Description
**Describe the bug**
While qr codes for RUDEX.BTC, OPEN.BTC, etc contain only the bitcoin address itself, the qr code for GDEX.BTC contains the extra part (`bitcoin:`) before the bitcoin address
In bitshares 3.1.191011 qr code for GDEX.BTC contains just a bitcoin address.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to [develop.bitshares.org](develop.bitshares.org)
2. Click on 'Deposit'
3. Choose GDEX.BTC
4. Scan QR code
**Expected behavior**
See only bitcoin address
