It is not possible to open 'withdraw' dialog

In BitSpark or BlockTrades sections in deposit/withdraw there is 'withdraw button', which should allow to open 'withdraw dialog'. After clicking on button dialog is not opened.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to deposit/withdraw -> BitSpark -> Withdrawal
2. Click on 'Withdraw now' button

**Expected behavior**
Withdraw dialog should be appeared.

**Additional context**
This issue is see in 'develop' branch.

Reproduce the problem through deposit/withdraw → BitSpark or BlockTrades → Withdrawal, then trace the “Withdraw now” button to the withdraw dialog. Confirm the fix by verifying that clicking the button opens the expected withdraw dialog in both sections.
