Download of activity does not work on testnet

Dear,

We're not able to download any report of activity on the testnet.

The account we're using is;
account: ihealth.gq1

I tried to download a report on Chrome, Explorer and Brave browsers. Tried both Frankfurt/Chicago as Paris testnodes as well as all types of reports, however no success. Any idea whats going?
