Not able to create local wallet on Opera

**Describe the bug**
User in wallet help group reports that on Opera the "create account" button is not correctly activated when trying to create a local wallet.
Tested in both normal and private mode.

**To Reproduce**
(Presumably) Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click "advanced form" on first page
2. Fill in required information
3. "Create account" button is not activated

**Expected behavior**
Able to create the account and wallet.
