Description
**Describe the bug**
1. there is some warning says "Limit > payer balance!" when Payer balance is okay
2. trying to type anything in memo closes the modal.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/account/mindful-me'
2. Go to 'https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/direct-debit'
3. Click on 'claim'
**Expected behavior**
Able to claim, with or without a memo.
