[debt position bitARS] not on available assets list

Description
**Describe the bug**
Would like to create a collateral debt position on bitARS asset but it is not displayed on the list on the frontend
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to `https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/borrow`
2. Click next till you get the list of assets to open a position
3. bitARS does not appear
4. See error
