Include "margin-calls" in Orders Column

Today we can view a users "Force Settlement", but a user that is force by a "Global Settlement" is not visible.

We should investigate the possibility to include this as well.

Start by locating the Orders Column and comparing how existing Force Settlement entries are displayed. Use the linked account example to investigate whether Global Settlement or margin-call information is missing, and verify the reported bitCNY settlement display; done means the relevant settlement is visible with the correct asset and amount.
