TradingView update resets order form

**Describe the bug**
When Tradinview reloads, it also resets, what was put in the order form input

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Exchange
2. BUY/SELL input form
3. Insert some numbers and wait until TradingView reloads
4. Input forms are cleared

**Expected behavior**
No reset for input order forms

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: MX-Linux
- Version: 3.1.190618

Start at the Exchange BUY/SELL input form and reproduce the issue while TradingView reloads. Trace how the order form state is handled during that reload; done means entered numbers remain in the inputs afterward.
