[1.5][3.1.190618.2-rc1] - Borrow - unable to select borrowed asset in mobile browser

**Describe the bug**
It's impossible to select a borrowed asset due to a pop-up keyboard (standard and google keyboard).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to [staging.bitshares.org/#/borrow](https://staging.bitshares.org/#/borrow) in mobile browser
2. Try to select a borrowed asset

**Expected behavior**
Chance to choose a loan asset
