Description
**Describe the bug**
Unable to download account history due to cross-origin resource sharing settings
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Dashboard' and then 'Activity'
2. Click on 'Download History'
3. Choose any type of report
4. See error message "Failed to download the account history, please try again"
**Expected behavior**
Get account history file

Need to change the CORS settings and allow sending / receiving data from the elastic search instances
