[Wallet Redesign] Landing (Mobile)

The Landing page is pretty the same as for Desktop version (#2669) but adapted for mobile devices with better UX.

### Entry Point (when a user is not logged in)

All Bitshares benefits will be inside a slider with automatic switching. Also, it is possible to select next/prev slide by the user.

In the bottom side, you can see "Login" & "Sign Up" buttons. It is the most comfortable space to reach it by fingers on a mobile device.

### Entry Point of Authorized Users

If the user is logged in he can see the same layout as for Desktop with updated UX for mobile devices.

- News is a slider
- Worker Proposals is a slider
- Markets table has less important data. Also, it is possible to go to "Markets List" (#2854) from this screen by click on a specific button (it is not currently on a mockup but will be added on the design)
