Description
**Describe the bug**
With the market tooltips the star icon is not accessible anymore.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Exchange
2. hover over a market
**Expected behavior**
Move the tooltip a little bit to the left side

Start in the Exchange market tooltip UI reached by hovering a market, and inspect how the tooltip is positioned relative to the star control. Reproduce the overlap shown in the screenshot, then verify that the tooltip no longer hides the star and that the star remains accessible.
