[3.1.190618-rc1] - Open orders grouped alignment

**Describe the bug**
There is a vertical orientation missing in the layout

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Open Orders
2. Group by assets
3. Use max wide window
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
Vertical alignment

Start in the Open Orders view and reproduce the issue by grouping by assets with a maximized-width window, using the attached screenshot as the visual reference. Trace the layout component responsible for grouped orders; done means the grouped rows have the expected vertical alignment at the reported width.
