Customise account balance for each account

Allow users to select and save a different asset for account balance to be measured in for each account in local wallets.

One of the reasons people use various accounts is because they are trading various markets, in many cases it makes sense to have these account balances measured differently. Allowing users to set different assets as the measure of account balance would be very helpful.

Ideally this would be done by simply clicking on the balance and being allowed to type in an alternative.
