Price Alert Enhancement - Sent alerts to Beet

I've done considerable research (see issues) regarding Tradingview(TV) and price alerts on BitShares.
The options vary with the most costliest being the BBF applying for an Enterprise Account.
Consider that TradingView Enterprise consists of 25 TV approved exchanges and BitShares should consider requesting to be added to that list regardless of the decision made regarding this issue.
In doing so, if provides other entities to avail of BitShares being listed on TV approved exchanges. It allows TV Pro/Premium members to access their paid TV features.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
- Aside from the a-for-mentioned solutions, Pinescript coding could be considered, modified.
- TradingView offers members a Pro and Premium account. Both allow multiple device access, creating templates, saving drawings, saving TA preferences. However, they can only be accessed from within TV unless the exchange is one of those 25.
- TradingView Pro/Premium allows members to receive price alerts in numerous ways from following other members, to self set price alerts. The methods of alerting vary from SMS, Telegram, Twitter, Email, etc.
- Consider that originally my intentions were to build LTM and Professional traders stats by offering these abilities via the BitShares Dex using TV. Unfortunately, after emailing TV the only options are what I have mentioned.
- Consider that many members are TV Pro/Premium members that can't use TV to their full potential on the DEX.
- With that said, consider the possibility for a TV Pro/Premium member to be able to have their alerts sent in any of the various ways to Beet where they can also respond accordingly safe and assured.

Redesign the Exchange chart

The issue provides no file, test, or entry point to begin from. Start by reviewing the referenced research and clarifying the TradingView, BitShares DEX, and Beet integration requirements; done would require an agreed scope and acceptance criteria for sending price alerts.
