New account creation enhancement - Screenshot button

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I noticed when creating both a new cloud or local account that an enhancement could be made for a better user experience, reduction on potential customer support issues, and ads support and features upon creation. The enhancement is supported by a bug which is void of critical information to a new user.
- Consider the usefulness if this feature were combined with the Spotlight Paperwallet for members procuring a will or transferable accounts.
**Describe the solution you'd like**

- When creating a web account, there is an button to copy the password to the clipboard/notepad.
- When creating a local account there is not a button to copy the password to the clipboard/notepad.
That is logical in the sense that the user created it, but a strong password is long.
- In either case, the password needs to be captured and saved.
- In both web and local account creation, there is not an option to copy the account name.

- With web account creation, I tried to print the screen to capture both my new account name, password, and the 3 ticked check boxes. What I discovered was if the account began with a letter, the first letter was omitted. This was duplicated by right clicking while on the screen and saving as a PDF and/or sending to print. What is odd, is that if the account began with a number it was fine.

- While in the web account creation and using the help button, a user can take a screenshot and successfully capture the critical information.
- One problem with this is it is dependent on the users preferences and all critical information may not be captured.

- Consider adding the screenshot button currently in the help button to both web and local account creation.
- Consider adding the following tooltip and text.
- Consider that this ensures the user has been provided an opportunity to capture both their new account name and password as well as the 3 ticked check boxes guiding the user towards securing their account, with this being the 4th and final notification regarding it.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Fix the bug omitting the first letter of the web account creation in print/PDF.
