Exchange tab - Market tooltip react

**Describe the bug**
From within the Exchange tab, hovering over assets in the Market list has changed;
1. Code is visible now in the tooltip immediately when hovered over.
2. Many assets missing a description/tooltip (should be mandatory or de-listed IMO).
3. Primary BTS missing tooltip/description (implied or otherwise)
4. At https://staging.bitshares.org once an asset is clicked on (ignoring the tooltip) and the market
switches pairing, the tooltip goes away while on the local wallet, the tooltip remains covering the
entire Tradingview screen in some cases (i.e. OPENEOS)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the Exchange tab
2. Click on the BTS market
3. Hover over the first asset in the market list; BTS
4. See error or no tooltip
5. Hover over the second asset in the market list; BITCNY
6. See error of tooltip
a. Visible code
b. No delay in tooltip react
7. Scroll down the list hovering over each asset noting behavior
a. Some assets missing tooltip/description
b. Some assets have large informative tooltips which is good with the exception of a downloaded local
wallet where-as the tooltip remains even after the asset is clicked (blocks the TV screen).

**Expected behavior**
1. No visible code in the tooltip
2. All assets to have a tooltip description (or be de-delisted)
3. Identical behavior across all versions.

**Additional context**
Visible code in tooltip is not only in the Exchange tab Market list. It can be seen in other places where the asset has a tooltip on the page.

Start in the Exchange tab's Market list and reproduce the tooltip behavior for BTS, BITCNY, and other assets in both the staging site and local wallet. Inspect the asset tooltip behavior across the other mentioned locations; done means no visible code, consistent tooltip dismissal, and descriptions or an explicit handling path for all listed assets.
