Description
**Describe the bug**
From within the Exchange Tab, selecting personal technical analytical indicators takes considerable time and calibrating. Once the Exchange pair is navigated away from, or, switching to Market Depth and then back to the Exchange page (where TA indicators were calibrated and saved as a template) the user finds none of their settings were saved (reverts to TV defaults).
Please see #2082 #1669 #2082 #2346
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go Exchange tab
2. Click on any Market pair

3. Scroll up and make considerable, easily recognizable TA changes to the indicators
4. When done, click on _Study Templates_
5. Click on _Save Template As..._
6. When the save template as window appears, give it a name and save
7. Click on the newly added _switch to Market Depth button_

8. Click the same new button; switch to Price Chart to view TV again
9. See error of TA indicators not saved
10. Attempt to search for the study template you saved using file naming anywhere you can think of (i.e. device, storage, browser, etc) noting it can't be located and doesn't appear to have been saved after all.
**Expected behavior**
- TA indicator ability to be saved and recalled on demand.
- TA indicator ability to be saved in current release, as well as maintaining saved setting migration to future releases.
**Desktop :**
- OS: Windows 8.1
- Browser: Brave Version:
- Version: 190207-rc3
**Additional context**
Confirmed in past releases with other browsers. Please see #2082 #1669 #2082 #2346

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the issue in the Exchange tab, then trace the TradingView integration and how chart settings are stored when switching to Market Depth and back. Done means indicators, templates, and drawings persist and can be recalled after navigation and in future releases.
