Price Alert enhancements

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Consider the rough draft screen shots enclosed for Price Alert enhancement suggestions.
1. Is it possible to add the price alerts set by the user to the existing chart (Tradingview)? If not, or as an alternative, is it possible to take the chart used before Tradingview was integrated, and apply alerts set by the user to it? (mirroring the Tradingview chart in Exchange for precision accuracy). Could it be designed to slide out from the left or right of the existing Tradingview chart? (basically, set alerts chart next to Exchange Tradingview chart)
2. Is it possible to code so the user has the ability to click on the existing Tradingview chart in the Exchange at a specific price and set an alert? If not, could it be coded into the old chart for that purpose plus that mentioned above in #1?
3. Is it possible to add both a visual and audible triggered alert? (for both locked/unlocked accounts)
I.E. For desktop, the bitshares logo could flash and an audible tone triggered.

For cloud, the tab could flash and an audible tone triggered.

4. If all of this is possible, could it also be applied to users using settlement features? (a visual of their margins on chart)
