Confusing Account lock/unlock behavior for other accounts

**Describe the bug**
Please see issue #2202
From unlocked account I am able to navigate to a random account which is also unlocked; Navigating back to my account it remains unlocked

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click on the lock from within your account and unlock the account
2. Go to any account or randomly via the Explorer tab>> Blockchain transactions
3. Note that the lock remains unlocked in both your account and the random account until time out or
lock is clicked

**Expected behavior**
Navigating away from authorized account automatically locks the account.
Unauthorized accounts to remain locked.
Assuming and unknown ATM if any prompts for keys would result in failure unknown.

**Additional context**
Reporting in the event of a seriously related vulnerability.

Start by reviewing issue #2202, then reproduce the lock state through the account view and Explorer tab Blockchain transactions using the listed steps. Done means navigating away from the authorized account locks it automatically while other accounts remain locked, with the reported behavior verified on the affected flow.
