Description

I think it would be a good time to evaluate a possible navigation improvement to the application.

We've had several discussions before, and with the new Style guide Drawer #2239 we could have a new drop-down menu.

We should look at, but not limited to:
- Header Menu
- Navigation panel on the side

Can we learn something from other places regarding how navigation?
