[1] The second window doesn't load settings when open multi-instances of the Electron app.

**Describe the bug**
When open multi-instances of the Electron app, the first one is opened normally but the second one doesn't load settings. This doesn't happen on the old release (2.0.180418).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open the app and adjust settings freely, e.g. change language and login mode.
2. Close the window.
3. Open the app and keep the window opened.
4. Open the second window of the app.

**Expected behavior**
The second window doesn't load the settings.
