Description

At least in less common markets, when I place a new sell or buy order, it gets confirmed, the balance is reduced, the order appears in SELL/BUY ORDERS, but doesn't appear in MY OPEN ORDERS. If I close the DEX and reopen it, the orders get listed correctly. If I remember correctly, this bug appeared in versions beginning from February or March.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to a less common market, like PPY:BTS
2. Place a new order.
3. Notice that a highlighted order appears in the general market orders list
4. Observe that the order doesn't appear in "my orders".

**Expected behavior**
I expect my newly placed order to immediately appear in the "my orders" list once confirmed.

**Screenshots**
See the orders in the left hand list but not in "my orders". Prices 18.7613 and 17.8679

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- Linux ( I think it happens on Windows as well )
- Chromium and Firefox, debian package, exe, and appimage.
- From February onward. I will narrow down version when I find the time.

**Additional context**
This doesn't seem to happen in major markets like BTS:USD, only lesser ones.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the PPY:BTS market by placing an order, then compare the orders shown before and after closing and reopening the DEX. Trace how a confirmed order reaches the "my orders" list and verify that the new order appears immediately without restarting the application.
