Remove Dust Balances

Hi, I know we have the option to hide assets but would it be possible to implement a setting or button to hide dust balances below say 1 BTS value. This would allow users to never have to see any of these UIA's which are airdropped on everyone, of which the majority are scams, or for them to have to continually hide assets everyday. It would keep the dash looking much tidier and perhaps prevent noobs from getting scammed.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the dashboard asset-list rendering and the existing hide-assets control, then trace how balances are compared with BTS values. Done means a setting or button hides balances below the chosen threshold and keeps the dashboard free of those assets.
