Add active workers tab under the explore Tab

When on the explore tab, you can see active witnesses and elected committee members.
Shouldn't we also be able to see active workers?

Start by locating the Explore tab and the existing active witnesses and elected committee member views. Compare how those lists obtain and display data, then determine the corresponding active-worker source. Done means active workers appear in the Explore tab alongside the existing roles.
