Reproduce the macOS native build on the develop commit and review libraries/chain/db_maint.cpp, tests/cli/main.cpp, and the warnings from chain_test and app_test. Check the related issue 2340 and pull request 2660 before starting. Done means the reported unused-capture, ranlib, and Boost deprecation warnings are resolved or clearly isolated.
