Description
We had pull requests which wanted to add centralized exchanges, E.G.
* https://github.com/bitshares/awesome-bitshares/pull/38
* https://github.com/bitshares/awesome-bitshares/pull/12
Although people can buy or sell BTS via the bridges, they can do so via centralized exchanges too. A difference is, when a bridge is used, the user interact with the chain, but when a centralized exchange is used, there may be no activity on the chain.

Review the examples in PR #38 and PR #12, then inspect where exchange and bridge resources are currently listed in the awesome-bitshares repository. Use the issue’s distinction between centralized exchanges and bridges to define the section scope, and consider the work done when the new section is added consistently with the existing list.
