DoneJS documentation links are broken

A bunch of the documentation links point to a DoneJS page that doesn’t exist.

For example, on [the home page](http://jquerypp.com/), search for `drag.limit(container, center) -> drag` and click its link; it points to [this DoneJS page](http://donejs.com/docs.html#!jQuery.Drag.prototype.limit) but it doesn’t exist.

Start at the jquerypp.com home page and search for `drag.limit(container, center) -> drag`, then inspect its linked DoneJS page. Find the other documentation links that target nonexistent DoneJS pages and verify that every affected link has a valid destination or is removed.
