Blog about automating a minikube env given an existing env

https://github.com/bitovi/bitops/issues/105 talks a bit about adding an env generator for existing projects (could hook into what already exists). It'd be cool to demo this with a blog post when it's ready, especially if there's an easy way to spin up minikube (e.g. generate a "local" env with before scripts that spin up minikube).
