Wrong date on starred tweet

I have a hub here: http://tomgreever.com/add.html which has Tim O'Reilly's tweet about my book as the first tweet. Correct! However, it's showing the date as Feb 17 2016 although the tweet is from October 2015 https://twitter.com/timoreilly/status/655137807669702656
