Inbox doesn't get populated when a service is added to a "private" hub.

Description
When changing the default moderation settings of a hub to "private by default", and then adding an RSS service. The inbox never gets updated with items unless you switch between collections (i.e. inbox -> approved -> inbox) or a hard reset.
This is not the case for the "Approved" collection.
