Need more information on moderation

I think the moderation options need a better explanation. I don't think I want them to be automatically approved. I _think_ I want to manually approve each one. But what does that mean? Will I get an email with each new item to approve? Do I have to check it myself on Bithub.com? Some simple text might clear it up.

"I will manually approve each item" // "You'll have to login and check Bithub to see new items" or "We'll email you when a new item is available to be approved"
