Logged out, but not redirected

I left Bithub open overnight. When I came back to add a Twitter service, I had been logged out. But there was no indication that I had been logged out. So when I went to add a service, I got a spinner that never ended... eventually I refreshed and was taken to the login form. But it was confusing. Is it possible to check the login state and message the user or redirect them when they try to do something like this?


Use the logged-out add-a-service flow described in the issue as the starting point, especially adding a Twitter service after an overnight session. First reproduce the indefinite spinner and observe the transition to the login form. Done means the user is informed or redirected when the session is no longer valid, and the flow no longer waits indefinitely.
