[Haskell Platform is deprecated since 2022](https://www.haskell.org/platform/) and now [haskell.org](https://www.haskell.org/get-started/#ghcup-universal-installer) recommend to use [GHCup](https://www.haskell.org/ghcup/), what about GHCup?
It is recommend to use GHCup to install Haskell at present?
