Description
Doing some work in our CI in payjoin we realized that the msrv pinning to match our rust code was mostly unecessary https://github.com/payjoin/rust-payjoin/pull/1572#issuecomment-4512014605. Do you have any concrete reason for choosing the latest stable when considering reproduce-ability in general as opposed to a fixed version. _Assuming I am reading it right and you do default to the latest stable_
