`chapter-02-the-general-idea/02_the-idea.md` is an unfinished draft. Typos have been corrected, but structural gaps remain:
- [ ] Resolve the `(Genius bill?)` author note — write the GENIUS Act / stablecoin-legislation content it points to
- [ ] Write the promised "part about other US legals"
- [ ] Define "domain specific blockchain" and answer "do we really need one?" properly
- [ ] Cross-reference the Mental Poker paper and the chapter 4 papers
