[BUG] - if user passes in --compile flag, don't check for bitcoin or inform of version not found

### Expected Behavior

--compile should immediately jump to compile and replace, not set string padding (waste of computing resources) or report to user that the target version was not found (useless ui)

### Actual Behavior

wastes resources and useless ui messages
