EvilLimiter v1.6.0 wishlist

This is a wishlist for the upcoming EvilLimiter update to version 1.6.0.

I have received multiple feature requests, which I'll try to implement.

## Upcoming Features
- Show limit in hosts table: Show details on the assigned bandwidth limit, instead of just ```Limited``` ✓
- Improved ```monitor``` command: Be able to monitor every host in real-time, instead of just the hosts that are already limited ✓
- ```scan``` speed/intensity customization: Be able to set a custom scan speed / intensity for quick or intensive scans ✓
- Ability to access the history of commands with arrow keys (Issue #67)
- Ignore / fix warning messages (Scapy) (Issue #106 et al.)
