Penalty for "Buyer makes payment from an account with a different name": define "different"

I would like to know the official stance of Bisq on this issue, based on which I might decide to delete and recreate my payment account with the correct "Surname Name" sequence, or keep it as it is "Name Surname".

No file, test, or entry point is named. Review issue #45 and the Bisq wiki guidance on payment-account names, then confirm the project's official definition of “different” and document the decision; done means the stance is clear enough to resolve whether users should recreate their account.
