Description
When activating offer alerts, the offer price distance does not work.
When I select "Buy offers (I want to sell BTC)" and I put 3% as a price premium, I keep getting notifications even when a new offer is created that has a negative premium.
As a side note, it would be nice to get the information about the offer amount or range as well.

Reproduce the alert flow by selecting “Buy offers (I want to sell BTC)” and setting a 3% price premium, then trace how the offer price distance is evaluated. Done means negative-premium offers no longer trigger notifications for that threshold; the requested offer amount or range is a separate follow-up detail to clarify.
